The Latrobe City Traralgon International commences this coming Sunday November 13.
Qualifying rounds start Sunday morning.
Melbourne’s Omar Jasika heads the Men’s field with an ATP ranking of 280. USAS’s Kyle Seelig follows with an ATP World ranking of 401. Followed closely are Australian’s James McCabe 425 and Tristan Schoolkate 433.
Jaimee Fourlis from Melbourne heads up the Ladies draw with a WTA ranking of 171. Australia’s Maddison Inglis closely follows with a WTA world ranking of 195. Oliva Gadecki, from Australia and India’s Ankita Raina are the next highest WTA ranked players at 221 and 297 respectively.
It is wonderful to see so many players back at the Traralgon Tennis Association who have come through over the years playing the AGL Loy Yang Traralgon International Junior Event and Challenger Events including, Luke Saville, Blake Ellis, Alex Bolte, Destanee Aiava, Talia Gibson and Naiktha Bains.
Entry is free into the venue, we welcome everyone to come and watch some wonderful tennis!
