Notice of AGM for Traralgon Tennis Association Inc.
The Board of the Traralgon Tennis Association Inc. hereby notifies members that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Traralgon Tennis Association Inc. will be held on Monday November 17, 2025.
Nomination for the Board:
There exists the opportunity for up to one (1) eligible members* to be elected to the Board of Directors for a term of 3 years.
Nominations must be received by the Executive Officer **by 5.00pm on Monday October 27, 2025.
Nomination forms can be obtained from the Executive Officer.
Agenda Item – General Business:
Any matter wishing to be raised and/or discussed in General Business by a member at the AGM must be submitted in writing by 5.00pm on Monday October 27, 2025.

*Eligible members – refer to Clause 49 of the Constitution as follows:
- Who is eligible to be a director
(1) A member is eligible to be elected as a director if the member –
(a) is 18 years or over; and
(b) is entitled to vote a general meeting.
